What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Cardholders can report a lost or stolen card and instantly block it using the app:

  1. Open the app and tap on your card name. Need to switch cards?
  2. Pull the settings menu up and press REPORT AS LOST OR STOLEN.
  3. Select whether your card is lost or stolen and then Confirm. Your card will be permanently closed and a new one will be sent to you.

Note - This action cannot be undone; we recommend locking your card if unsure.
