What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Cardholders can report a lost or stolen card and instantly block it using the app:

- Open the app and tap on your card name. Need to switch cards?
- Pull the settings menu up and press REPORT AS LOST OR STOLEN.
- Select whether your card is lost or stolen and then Confirm. Your card will be permanently closed and a new one will be sent to you.
Note - This action cannot be undone; we recommend locking your card if unsure.
