If you know your current password and would like to update it, you can do this within your account.
If you are an account *Administrator*, account access via our desktop platform. Cardholders can access their account via the the Centtrip mobile app.
To access your account and/or activate your card, you need to validate your email address and create a password.
You can reset your password instantly via the app or your desktop account
Authorised users can check whether an administrator has activated their account and send a reminder from the USERS screen.
If you manage Centtrip accounts across different regional platforms (UK, EEA, USA), you can access them all using the same login details, website URL, and app.
