How do I send users an activation reminder?
Authorised users can check whether an administrator has activated their account and send a reminder from the USERS screen.

- From the USERS screen, use the dropdown menus to select the relevant account.
- Locate the user you wish to send a reminder to OR check the EMAIL CONFIRMATION column - any users who have not yet activated their account will have a status of Denied.
- Click the Resend email button to the right - this will send an instant email reminder.
