How can I check my card balance and limits?

You can check your real-time card balance and spending limits within the Centtrip app.

1. Open the app on tap on your card name. - select All Cards if you wish to switch

2. Check your balance:

• Prepaid cards: The balance is shown directly on the card (e.g., €32,297).
• Shared balance cards: Instead of a number, you’ll see the message “This card spends from a shared balance.”
• Spending limit: The number below (e.g., €59,102) represents the maximum you can spend before reaching your card’s limit for the day. However, you can only spend up to the actual available balance on your card, which may be lower. In this example, the red message highlights this.

3. Check your limits - pull the bottom section of the screen upwards to view your card limits and permisions in more detail.

You can also check this from the VIEW TRANSACTIONS screen, by tapping BALANCE AND LIMITS at the bottom.
