How do I submit my card expenses and receipts?

In the Centtrip app, tap CARD TRANSACTIONS at the bottom of the screen, then select the relevant transaction.

Complete each of the four sections:
- Add Receipts – Take a photo of your receipt instantly or upload one from your files.
- Select Corporate Labels – Choose the appropriate option(s) from your organisation’s label groups (e.g., Expense Type, Region, Department = Client Entertainment, USA, Sales.)
- Add Labels (Optional) – Add your own labels to help with categorisation or searching later.
- Add Notes – Include any details that may be useful for your administrator or accounting team.

- Once completed, your expense should look similar to the image in step 3 above. Close the transaction and repeat the process for any other expenses.
