How do I submit my card expenses and receipts?

  1. In the Centtrip app, tap CARD TRANSACTIONS at the bottom of the screen, then select the relevant transaction.

  2. Complete each of the four sections:

    • Add Receipts – Take a photo of your receipt instantly or upload one from your files.
    • Select Corporate Labels – Choose the appropriate option(s) from your organisation’s label groups (e.g., Expense Type, Region, Department = Client Entertainment, USA, Sales.)
    • Add Labels (Optional) – Add your own labels to help with categorisation or searching later.
    • Add Notes – Include any details that may be useful for your administrator or accounting team.
Global - Submit Expenses & Receipts
  1. Once completed, your expense should look similar to the image in step 3 above. Close the transaction and repeat the process for any other expenses.
