How do I remove a user's access?

Authorised administrators can remove a users access directly within their account.

If you cannot see the USERS tab in the left hand menu, you do not have the required permissions and will need to contact your account administrator.

  1. Sign into your account and go to USERS.

  2. Locate the relevant person and click to open the user details panel.

  3. Press the Edit user button, at the top of the side-panel.

  1. Click to delete the user role(s).
