How do I integrate my Centtrip and DeepBlue accounts?
Integrating your accounts is quick and easy. Start by submitting your request here. DeepBlue will then create a dedicated email address for their developer.

If you’re using our original Centtrip platform - simply add the developer to your Centtrip account as a read-only user (zero limits and permissions) and let us take care of the rest.

If you’re using our Centtrip Global platform - add the DeepBlue developer to your account and assign them the API Administrator role by following these steps.

How long does it take for the integration to be set up?
Your integration should take no more than 24 hours after making your request.
When will my Centtrip transactions appear in DeepBlue?
Transactions will sync to DeepBlue as soon as they occur.
How many of my Centtrip account and cards can I sync to DeepBlue?
As many as you require! There is no limit.
Can I initiate Centtrip payments from DeepBlue?
Yes! You can make wire transfers from Centtrip to a bank account, via DeepBlue.
Will transactions initiated in DeepBlue also appear in my Centtrip account?
Yes. You will have a record of the transaction in both your Centtrip and DeepBlue account.
How will Centtrip transactions appear in my DeepBlue account?
Cardholder notes made in the Centtrip app will appear in the 'Description' field within DeepBlue.
Expense receipts will be added as 'Attachments' in DeepBlue.
Pending transactions will have a status of 'in Progress' in DeepBlue
Will ATM cash withdrawals be shown in DeepBlue?
Yes! Including any ATM withdrawal fees.
Can I transfer cash from my Centtrip account to my DeepBlue cash account?
Yes you can!
