How do I add funds to my Centtrip account?


1. Transfer funds from your bank account to Centtrip


  1. Visit your Centtrip ACCOUNT HOME and select the specific account you wish to fund.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Account Details tab.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select the currency you wish to load funds in.
  4. Transfer funds from your corporate bank account using the payment details displayed.

Important:

  • Please include your unique reference (as shown on screen) to ensure funds are allocated to the correct account without delay.
  • Payments must be sent from the bank account specified during your application (as listed under the Source of funds tab).
  • To receive payment from a third party, please set up the payee as an Approved Third Party (ATP)

2. Move Centtrip funds between operating accounts


Once funds are received in your Centtrip account, you can use the Quick Transfer feature to move funds between operating accounts (see below) or load your Centtrip cards.

  1. Scroll down to the Quick Transfer feature under ACCOUNT HOME,
  2. Use the dropdown boxes to select the accounts you want to transfer funds FROM and TO.
  3. Enter a value into the AMOUNT box and check the balances look correct.
  4. Click Confirm to move your funds instantly.
